Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING ships via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service of America) throughout the US. The method of shipping that we use will vary based upon the availability of the service to your location and the associated cost. Faster delivery methods are available. Please contact us or note it in your order. Additional shipping charges will apply if you request faster delivery methods.

Most orders will be shipped within 48 business hours or order acceptance. Orders may not be able to be changed once they are packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. You may however refuse the package. Upon its confirmed return, we will credit you for the merchandise. Any shipping fees or return shipping costs will still apply if we have been charged for them.

International Orders are subject to different shipping costs and methods. If you need an order to be shipped internationally, we are glad to help you personally. Simply contact us with your order.

Special Discounts for shipping may apply if the order reaches certain advertised amounts. Please view the website for listings of special shipping discounts based on order size and amount.

Oversized or Extra Heavy Items – These orders and/or items may be subject to special shipping and handling. The shipping charges shown in checkout will be reviewed for these items and additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you.

Back orders – When any item is put on backorder at, it will be shipped out to you as soon as it becomes available if it is being shipped within the continental US. However, if the value of the merchandise is under $5.00 we will cancel the missing item from your order and indicate on the invoice when we expect the item to be available for reorder. The purchase amount for any cancelled item will be refunded back to you via PayPal.


If you want to return a product to please contact us within 14 days of placing your order by filling out the form on the Returns page. You must have the original invoice number for our reference or we will not be able to process your return. The merchandise that you return must contain all packaging and be in saleable, "new," condition. Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee depending upon our manufacturer's policies.

Due to increases in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.

Damaged or Missing Merchandise — If merchandise is missing from your order, or you have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 5 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
